Partition walls are demountable, modular partition walls that are often used in offices, schools, and other commercial buildings. They can be installed quickly and are easy to move or reuse when layout changes are needed in the future. They are designed for a fixed yet flexible layout and can incorporate solid, glass, and door modules.

Mobile partitions consist of multiple sliding panels that, whether connected or not, can quickly divide or enlarge a space. These panels hang freely in a ceiling rail and can be moved by anyone without special tools using a crank handle and various roller systems.

Modular walls are removable and relocatable, constructed from modular elements (panels, profiles, glass).
Gypsum board walls (Metal Stud) are fixed walls, constructed from a metal frame with gypsum boards, and are finished (plastered or painted).

System walls: are fully reusable and suitable for circular applications.
Gypsum board walls: are not reusable and are largely lost during demolition; limited recycling potential.

Absolutely, our Flush system walls are certainly on par with drywall in terms of acoustics and offer very high sound insulation. The level of sound insulation depends on the type of wall, its thickness, the materials used, and the finish.

Our standard solid system walls achieve up to Rw 57dB, glass walls up to 53dB, and doors up to 44dB.
With our Flush-Silence range, even extremely high values of over Rw 70dB are possible.

Various fire-resistant models are available, including EI30 and EI60, in both solid and glazed modules.
Various burglar-resistant models are available, including RC2 and RC3.

Yes. They are circular, modular, and reusable. They often meet the criteria for BREEAM, WELL, or circular procurement, especially since they are installed without adhesives or permanent fasteners.

Solid panels: melamine, HPL laminate, veneer, painted MDF, fabric, whiteboard
Profiles: powder-coated aluminum in RAL colors or anodized
Glass: single, double, laminated, tempered, patterned glass, tinted glass
The finish is always tailored to the aesthetics and function of the project.

Widths:
Solid walls: standard 1200mm
Textured glass walls (Flush-Line, Flush-Design, Flush-Clips): 1200mm
Glass walls with seamless glass (Flush-One, Flush-Air): 900 mm
Heights:
Standard up to 3000 mm with single-piece components and depending on type.
Higher heights up to 4500 mm or higher are possible, consisting of multiple parts and depending on the type.

BREEAM®, WELL, and LEED are sustainability certifications awarded to buildings, and each has its own criteria and assessment method.
By using our Flush system walls, we improve the sustainability performance of buildings and help the developer/owner earn points toward these certifications.

Installation is done dry (without wet joints), ideally between the finished floor and the finished ceiling, using aluminum or steel profiles that are attached to the (raised) floor and the (suspended) ceiling. Panels and glass are hooked or clamped into place. Quick installation with no dust or noise.

Yes. Our Flush system walls are designed to integrate electrical and data cabling, ventilation grilles, whiteboards, or AV equipment.

Choose partition walls if:
• The layout may need to change in the future (flexibility).
• There is a need for quick, clean installation without wet or dusty finishes.
• Circular construction or reuse is a requirement or desired.
• Aesthetics or glass panels are desired.

Choose fixed drywall partitions if:
• The layout is final and a lot of utilities need to run through the walls or be built into them.
• There are very high fire resistance requirements and a limited budget.
• The finish must seamlessly connect to the existing structural shell.

Mobile partitions consist of multiple sliding panels that hang freely from a ceiling track without a floor guide. The entire weight is therefore supported by the ceiling. The existing structure must therefore be sufficiently sturdy to support the weight of the partition.

Folding partitions consist of interconnected panels (accordion or folding system) and feature a ceiling track and floor guide profile. In this case, the entire weight is supported by the floor. These are therefore often used when the ceiling structure is not sturdy enough.
